All decisions regarding credit reporting or pardon approvals are made solely by the appropriate third-party entities.

Guided by AshHerrera operates as an administrative service provider. Clients will receive all required disclosures under applicable federal and state laws prior to entering into a service agreement, where applicable.

4. Client Responsibilities

5. Consultations and Service Enrollment

Valid government-issued identification is required. Guided by AshHerrera reserves the right to refuse notarization if legal requirements are not met.
